We are a group of ordinary people who get together to keep in touch so we can enjoy outings and have a lot of fun.
There are no fees, no members, no officials..
We all participate in organising public events that everyone are welcome to, such as outings to the cinema or theatre, taster sessions doing skiing, rock climbing, Sunday walks/lunches or anything else for that matter.
As a by-product, we build up a set of friends and contacts so maybe that odd free Saturday night does not have to be spent watching the Eurovision Song Contest - alone! If you're interested in doing something, come along and suggest it!
The only formality is that we meet typically once a month just to decide if there are any interesting things we wish to do over the next weeks. A simple "diary" is constructed and emailed (or other forms of communication) to those interested.
We are NOT a dating agency and aim to provide activities for single people or couples who wish to interact with others. Our age profile is 40/50s and those involved come from the Basingstoke, Andover and Newbury areas.
